Munich, November 12, 2024 \u2013 Cloud Value successfully completed the 100% acquisition of Open as App, an innovative software-as-a-service company, in October. The previous investors have successfully exited their investments in Open as App.

Open as App has established itself as a pioneer in the field of app generation. The platform enables companies to create apps from existing data sources or Microsoft Excel without programming knowledge – a concept that saves time and resources and drives digitalization in companies.

New owner for innovative software company<\/h2>


Cloud Value with CEO Ralf Hertneck acquires 100 percent of the company and initiates a new phase of development and innovation. The previous investors in Open as App, including Ventech VC, Senovo, neosfer, Impact 51 and further angel investors, have successfully terminated their investments in the innovative company.<\/p>
