As the lead for holistic business development and project oversight across the EMEA region at the Cloud Value Advisory Group, I am responsible for managing and driving a wide range of strategic initiatives. My role involves acting as a critical interface between the CEO, the broader organization, and development and customizing teams both domestically and internationally. I ensure that business processes are continuously optimized, aligned with best practice principles, and that all projects meet our stringent quality standards.

In addition to overseeing the development of business processes, I take on the responsibility of holistic employee management, ensuring that teams are empowered to perform at their best. A key aspect of my role is assessing and managing project risks, focusing on both mitigating potential threats and identifying opportunities for growth, all within a structured risk and opportunity management framework.

My expertise lies in leveraging advanced technologies such as Dynamics 365 (customer engagement), Power Platform, especially Power BI to drive business value, with a particular focus on delivering actionable insights through high-level business reporting for C-suite executives. My strategic focus on these platforms enables me to guide organizations through digital transformations, ensuring that technology serves as an enabler of growth and innovation.

Academically, I hold an MBA with a concentration in digitalization, which, combined with over 15 years of experience in project management and digital transformation, equips me to handle the complexities of modern business environments. I see myself as an interpersonal integrator;a “Swiss Army knife”; who can seamlessly adapt to a variety of challenges, bringing a can-do mentality to every project. I firmly believe that the key to project success lies in fostering open, transparent communication and strong, collaborative partnerships between customers and service providers.
